SEASON OF CHOICE
Polka dots are seen in abundance this month.
Taking cues from the catwalks, this popular pattern sees a resurgence across pretty woven separates and dresses as retailers push feminine looks to the fore for early spring drops.
Inverted colour ways, plays on scale and clashing styling inject a modern feel at Topshop and H&M, while classic micro designs speak to the more traditional customer at Peter Jones.

COUNTRY AND SEASON OF CHOICE
Update perennial Americana looks by including toned-down cowboy elements, as seen at Calvin Klein for S/S 18.
Essential core denim, contrast stitch detailing and slightly boxier silhouettes give these new workwear looks a refined contemporary update, appealing to the premium women's market.
Key items this season are the long-line coat, chore jacket, refined Western shirt and carpenter pant.
